Pre-order Policy

A key service we provide at Twattle is the ability to pre-order items before they’re available for sale on the store shelves. This allows customers to reserve their purchase on limited usually limited release or popular items.

  • Please review all conditions of sale below before proceeding with placing a pre-order.

  • If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will usually hold the entire order until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching.

  • Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives unless there is a pre-defined release date set by the publisher that we must adhere to.

  • In that instance your items will be shipped to arrive on the release date of the product at the earliest.

  • If multiple products are pre ordered with different release dates your order will be shipped to according to the latest release date of the products in your order and will be subject to all normal shipping terms and condition.

  • Please note the release date provided is just an estimate, we cannot guarantee the exact date as sometimes supply is held up for a range of reasons.

  • Occasionally pre orders can  be impacted due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in a stock shortage or reduced allocation to Twattle. If this happens we will inform you and provide a full refund or the option to hold the pre order until additional stock is delivered.

  • Cut off for pre-orders where there is a release date will be 5 days, orders place after this time will still be fulfilled subject to stock availability, if stock is exhausted we will inform you and provide a full refund or the option to hold the pre order until additional stock is delivered.

​Twattle's commitment to customer service comes to the forefront with our free personal shopping and special order service. 


As a small business we are constantly looking to grow our range and we recognise we may not always display on the website items you are looking for. 


Our personal shopping  and special order service overcomes this issue by ensuring you can get all of the items you want and need here at Twattle. 

Simply contact us with your requirements and we will provide an obligation free quote on the delivery of any order for any collectible , toy or children's related product.  


  • In addition to contacting us special order products can be found and purchased online or via our personal shopping service at your request.

  • Delivery times on special orders vary.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us  prior to ordering if they require an item by a certain date.

  • Once ordered, customer service will contact you to confirm availability and delivery of your item.

  • Placing a special order does not guarantee fulfilment on rare occasions Twattle may be unable to source the required product due to stock outs or other supply related issues.

  • In the event your special order cannot be fulfilled a full refund is payable. 

Refunds & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.


Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
